Union Requests for Information. 4.6.1 The Union shall be furnished, without charge, one set of the Board of Education agendas and packets, and Personnel Commission agendas and packets at the same time as such are made available to the public. 4.6.2 The District shall furnish to the Union, upon request, a copy of any published information that is available to the general public concerning items affecting the unit. The Union agrees to pay a reasonable charge for such material if a special copy has to be made.
