— UNION RIGHTS A. Union Dues and Voluntary Political Deductions. 1. The Board will deduct from pay of each employee who so authorizes it to do so, in writing, the required amount of fees for the payment of Union dues and voluntary political deductions (COPE) dues on a bi-weekly basis. The authorization for dues shall comply with the provisions of the law and shall be revocable as described in Article 3.A.8. The Union will notify the Board, in writing, of any modifications to COPE deductions.
