During the time prior to ratification of this Contract, the Union may request access to premises in accordance with the Access to Premises provision of the Contract in order to explain the negotiated Contract. A meeting may be conducted for up to thirty (30) minutes at each work site, and employees may attend such meeting by combining their fore and afternoon breaks. Management, where operationally feasible, shall attempt to accommodate employees who wish to attend such meetings by permitting them to combine their breaks. Employees who are unable to attend such a meeting due to the need to maintain coverage shall be allowed to combine their breaks, where operationally feasible, should subsequent pre-ratification meetings being conducted by the Union at that location. The Union will notify EPSCA in writing of the names of such Union representatives, or alternates in the event of illness or unavailability, so that they may be issued identification cards to permit entry to the site. Upon entering the job site, such representatives after identifying themselves to the authorized representative of the Employer, will be free to observe the progress and conduct of the work and to conduct normal union business associated with the administration of this Collective Agreement. UNION RIGHTS AND REPRESENTATIVES. 500 UNION RECOGNITION The Association recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees engaged in electrical construction work in the residential sector of the construction industry in the geographic jurisdiction of Local 804 as described in the Principal Agreement as follows: “The Region of Waterloo, the Counties of Wellington, Perth, Xxxxx, Grey and Dufferin except that portion of Dufferin County laying east of Xxx # 00 and South of Hwy # 9 and in that portion of Halton Region north of Hwy 401 in the Province of Ontario.” The Union recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employers employing members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 804 to perform electrical construction work in the residential sector of the construction industry in the geographic jurisdiction of Local 804 as described in the Principal Agreement as follows: “The Region of Waterloo, the Counties of Wellington, Perth, Xxxxx, Grey and Dufferin except that portion of Dufferin County laying east of Xxx # 00 and South of Hwy # 9 and in that portion of Halton Region north of Hwy 401 in the Province of Ontario.”
