Common use of UNION RIGHTS AND REPRESENTATIVES Clause in Contracts

UNION RIGHTS AND REPRESENTATIVES. 500 A. The Union will designate Union representatives Accredited to handle the day-to-day administration Union of this Agreement. The Union will notify the appropriate Representatives representative of Hydro One in writing of the names of such Union representatives, or alternates. Upon entering the work location, such representatives after identifying themselves to the Hydro One Representative and or the authorized representative of the Employer, and after the appropriate site orientation will be free to observe the progress and conduct of the work and to conduct normal Union business associated with the administration of this Collective Agreement. The Union undertakes that these representatives will not unduly interfere in any way with said work.
