Unit Owner Responsibilities. 1. For the management of the Unit, the Owner shall pay Peak seven percent (7%) of the Gross Monthly Rental Income (“GMRI”). Peak shall only collect its fee from the actual GMRI collected, including any and all sums collected by Owner, including any subsidies paid directly to the Owner. GMRI shall mean all income produced or received for the Unit, including parking, throughout the term of this Agreement. By way of example, if the monthly income produced by the Unit is $1000, the GMRI will be $1000 and the management fee to Peak shall be $70.
