UNIT STABILITY. 33.1 In the event that any new academic positions are created by the District, the parties will meet upon request to discuss whether the position or positions should be included in the Bargaining Unit. Any disputes will be submitted to P.E.R.B. for determination. 33.2 Any group of employees in the present Bargaining Unit whose group classification is changed during the life of the Agreement will remain in the Unit for the duration of the Agreement.
