Common use of UNIT STABILITY Clause in Contracts

UNIT STABILITY. 24.1 Should any new job titles be established or regular job titles be reclassified during the term of this Agreement, the placement of those positions in or out of the bargaining unit shall be negotiated with the Association. Should the issue not be resolved within thirty (30) days of the establishment of a new job title, it shall be submitted to the Public Employee Relations Board. 24.2 The District shall notify all faculty and affected divisions, via a general college-wide publication, of all full time faculty and management vacancies in a timely manner.
