UNIT STABILITY. 24.1 Should any new job titles be established or regular job titles be reclassified during the term of this Agreement, the placement of those positions in or out of the bargaining unit shall be negotiated with the Association. Should the issue not be resolved within thirty (30) days of the establishment of a new job title, it shall be submitted to the Public Employee Relations Board.
