Common use of United Association Administration Fund Clause in Contracts

United Association Administration Fund. The rate at which the Employer shall contribute to the United Association Administration Fund in all geographic areas west of the Manitoba/Ontario border for each hour of work performed, and in all geographic areas east of the Manitoba/Ontario border for each hour of work earned, by each employee shall be: May 1, 2013 - $1.00 per hour All contributions to this Fund shall be remitted to an Administrator named by the United Association. The United Association Administration Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees appointed by the United Association Director of Canadian Affairs.
