Common use of United Information Clause in Contracts

United Information. The information relating to United and its subsidiaries, this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby in the Registration Statement and Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus (as defined in Section 5.6(a) hereof), as of the dates of the mailing of the Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus to shareholders of United and Raritan, respectively, and up to and including the dates of each meeting to which such Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus relates, will not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.

United Information.
