United States Personnel. Exhibit 17 identifies the Customer employees at the Customer Locations in the United States to whom Supplier has offered or will offer employment as of a date specified therein. Such offers shall be in accordance with Supplier’s standard employment policies and the provisions set forth in Exhibit 17.
