Boundaries All of the improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon the Property encroach upon any of the Improvements, so as to affect the value or marketability of the Property except those which are insured against by the Title Insurance Policy.
Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:
Use of Training Units and Consulting Units Training Units and Consulting Units: (a) are non-refundable, (b) are non-transferable, (c) may not be redeemed for cash or credit, (d) must be used as whole credits, (e) cannot be combined with any other discount, special offer or coupon and (f) can be redeemed only in the same geographic region and currency as purchased. United States Government end users (or resellers acting on behalf of the United States Government) may not purchase Training Units or Consulting Units.
Bargaining Unit Description Except where otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the bargaining unit as in the Certification issued by the Labour Relations Board of British Columbia on November 27, 1973 as well as those employees not covered by the certification of the Canadian Office and Professional Employees' Union, Local No. 378, or excluded from either union certification under the provisions of the Labour Relations Code. The College recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all such employees.
Recognition and Unit Description 1.1. The Employer recognizes the Association, which shall serve as exclusive Representative of all classified employees in the bargaining unit. The Association recognizes the responsibility of representing the interest of all employees in the unit without discrimination for the purpose as set forth in this Agreement.
Units Interests in the Partnership shall be represented by Units. The Units initially are comprised of one Class: Class A Units. The General Partner may establish, from time to time in accordance with such procedures as the General Partner shall determine from time to time, other Classes, one or more series of any such Classes, or other Partnership securities with such designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties (which may be senior to existing Classes and series of Units or other Partnership securities), as shall be determined by the General Partner, including (i) the right to share in Profits and Losses or items thereof; (ii) the right to share in Partnership distributions; (iii) the rights upon dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership; (iv) whether, and the terms and conditions upon which, the Partnership may or shall be required to redeem the Units or other Partnership securities (including sinking fund provisions); (v) whether such Unit or other Partnership security is issued with the privilege of conversion or exchange and, if so, the terms and conditions of such conversion or exchange; (vi) the terms and conditions upon which each Unit or other Partnership security will be issued, evidenced by certificates and assigned or transferred; (vii) the method for determining the Total Percentage Interest as to such Units or other Partnership securities; and (viii) the right, if any, of the holder of each such Unit or other Partnership security to vote on Partnership matters, including matters relating to the relative designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties of such Units or other Partnership securities. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement to the contrary, any reference to “Units” shall include the Class A Units and any other Classes that may be established in accordance with this Agreement. All Units of a particular Class shall have identical rights in all respects as all other Units of such Class, except in each case as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
Units of Measurement In all correspondence, in all technical schedules, on all drawings and for all instrument scales, SI units of measurement are to be employed. On drawings where IEC or other units have been used it will be in order if the equivalent SI measurement is suitably marked in addition.
Clearcutting Units All trees that meet Utilization Standards within “Clearcutting Units” are designated for cutting.
Unit The fractional undivided interest in and ownership of an individual Trust Fund equal initially to 1/(the number of Units of fractional undivided interest outstanding) provided in the Statement of Condition in the Prospectus for the Trust Fund, the denominator of which fraction shall be (1) increased by the number of any additional Units issued pursuant to Section 2.03 hereof and (2) decreased by the number of any such Units redeemed as provided in Section 5.02. Whenever reference is made herein to the "interest" of a Unitholder in the Trust Fund or in the Income or Capital Accounts, it shall mean such fractional undivided interest represented by the number of Units, whether or not evidenced by a Certificate or Certificates, held of record by such Unitholder in such Trust Fund.
GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.
