University of St. Xxxxxx, Head Men’s Basketball Coach Professor, Department of Psychology Twice named a Division III National Coach of the Year – in 2013 by Basketball Times, and in 2016 by the National Association of Basketball Coaches’ and by D3 News – Xxxxx also has received three West Region and three MIAC Coach of the Year Awards. Among Division III men’s coaches, he was the second fastest in history to 100 victories and is believed to have won more games in his first five seasons than any coach in Division III history. Xxxxx’x first five teams compiled a 128-22 overall mark (85-percent win clip). Xxxxx is one of only six current NCAA coaches out of more than 1,000 at any level (5-year minimum) to have a win percentage higher than 80%, and his win clip is second highest among coaches across all divisions of NCAA basketball. He’s the first MIAC coach to sweep conference and playoff championships in each of his first two seasons as head coach. University of St. Xxxxxx | Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach Coach Xxxxxxx is an assistant basketball coach at the University of St. Xxxxxx where he works with defense, recruiting, game prepara- tion, video, and skill development. This will be Xxxxxxx’x 15th year of working at Coach Xxxxx’x basketball camps. Xxxxxxx was All-State and a Minnesota Mr. Basketball finalist at Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx Xxxx. He scored 1,470 points in his college career, where he was an All-Region and All-MIAC forward who helped UST win back-to-back conference titles and compile a 47–10 record, and has been instrumental in UST’s success during his five years on the coaching staff.

If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.
