University Property. If there is no negligence on the part of the academic staff member, a member shall not be held responsible for damage to University property which occurs while the member is using that property, when carrying out her/his normal University duties.

University Property. Not later than the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, Coach sha ll return to the University any University issued automobile , equipment, cash advance, credit cards, telephone calling cards, University keys and other items, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the University. Coach agrees that the University shall be authorized to deduct the value of any and all such un-returned items from Coach’s final University payroll check or liquidated damage payment. Furthermore, Coach agrees that during Coach’s employment will receive or be involved in the development of charts, films, books, reports, diagrams, and other paraphernalia, whic h shall be and remain the property of University, and agrees to surrender such property upon demand by the Head Football Coach or Director of Athletics or designee. Any materials created on Coach's free time, and at Coach’s expense, shall remain Coach’s property.
University Property. All personal property (excluding vehicle(s) provided through the Vandal Wheels program), material, and articles of information, including, without limitation, keys, credit cards, personnel records, recruiting records, team information, films, statistics or any other personal property, material, or data, furnished to Coach by the University or developed by Coach on behalf of the University or at the University’s direction or for the University’s use or otherwise in connection with Coach’s employment hereunder are and shall remain the sole property of the University. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the expiration of the term of this Agreement or its earlier termination as provided herein, Coach shall immediately cause any such personal property, materials, and articles of information in Coach’s possession or control to be delivered to the Athletics Director.
University Property. All furnishings provided by the University must remain in the room; no removal or storage of University property will be permitted. Any damage or loss will be charged back to the Resident.

University Property. Specifications, drawings, information, dies, cuts, negatives, positives, data or any other commodity or intellectual property furnished to Vendor shall remain property of the University, shall be kept confidential by Vendor unless disclosure is required by law, shall be used only as expressly authorized, and shall be returned to the University at Vendor’s expense. Vendor shall, at the request of the University, sign a written assignment of all intellectual property (including, without limitation, rights under copyright, trademark and patent law) developed by or for Vendor expressly for the University in the course of performing Vendor’s obligations, and all such intellectual property shall be the property of the University unless provided otherwise in a signed, written agreement.
