UNJUST DISCHARGE. 1. If any ancillary staff for whom a grievance is sustained shall be found to have been unjustly discharged, he/she shall be reinstated with full reimbursement of all compensation lost. 2. If he/she shall have been found to have been improperly deprived of any compensation or advantage, the same or its equivalent in money shall be paid to him/her.
