UNLAWFUL DISCHARGES. It shall be unlawful to discharge into any natural outlet within the District or in any area under the jurisdiction of the District any wastewater or other polluted water. 3304.02. PRIVY, PRIVY VAULT, SEPTIC TANK, CESSPOOL, OR OTHER FACILITY. It shall be unlawful within the District to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of wastewater. Temporary portable toilet facilities may be permitted by special permit issued by the Director for the purpose of providing toilet services for construction projects or special events or purposes.
