Common use of Unleaded Clause in Contracts

Unleaded. ARCO will ensure that upon delivery to Buyer by ARCO, -------- all unleaded gasoline, as defined is the regulations promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"), will meet the specifications for lead and phosphorus set forth is those regulations. Buyer will ensure that no unleaded gasoline purchased from ARCO is tampered with or contaminated in a way that could cause the gasoline not to meet the EPA's lead and phosphorous specifications. Buyer will immediately cease dispensing any unleaded gasoline that is determined not to meet EPA requirements.
