Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published Customers Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published Customers. ComSouth will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all ComSouth customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s GSST and shall not be subject to wholesale discount.
