Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.12.1 ComSouth must order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. ComSouth may submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 6. Service orders will be in a standard format designated by BellSouth.
3.12.2 BellSouth messaging services set forth in BellSouth’s Messaging Service Re-Seller Information Package shall be made available for resale without the wholesale discount.
Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.15.1 Covad must order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. AT&T has developed and made available the interactive interfaces by which Covad may submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 6. Service orders will be in a standard format designated by AT&T.
3.15.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these interactive interfaces will incur an electronic service order charge as set forth in Exhibit D. An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (e.g., mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual service order charge as set forth in Exhibit D. Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another OSS charge.
