Unnecessary Stays or Days. Hospital or other inpatient stays in which the patient receives no active course of treatment throughout part or all of the stay, or any treatment rendered which could have been provided in an outpatient or other setting without jeopardizing the effectiveness of the treatment or the safety of the patient.

  • Vegetation No trees or other vegetation may be removed from the site without prior approval from the Town, except in accordance with Section 4 above and pursuant to the Annual Plan.
