Common use of Unplanned Delay or Elimination of Processing Clause in Contracts

Unplanned Delay or Elimination of Processing. Catalent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet timelines set forth in the Purchase Orders. Catalent shall provide Client with as much advance notice as practicable if Catalent determines that any Processing will be delayed or eliminated for any reason.
