Common use of Unreasonable Noise or Vibration Clause in Contracts

Unreasonable Noise or Vibration. Tenant shall take all reasonable measures not to cause unreasonable noise or vibration that may be transmitted to the structure of the Building or to any part of i.park to such a degree as to be objectionable to Landlord, its employees or to any other tenants in i.park. Vibration eliminators or other devices sufficient to eliminate such unreasonable noise or vibration shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at Tenant’s expense if Landlord deems such measures to be required.
