UNREASONABLE OR UNNECESSARY MEDICAL EXPENSES. 1. Upon conclusion of our review of medical expenses, we may refuse to pay for medical expenses that we determine to be unreasonable or unnecessary because: a. The fee for the services is greater than the fee for reasonable expenses; or b. The services provided for the treatment of bodily injury are not necessary medical services.
