Upon conclusion of our review of medical expenses, we may refuse to pay for medical expenses that we determine to be unreasonable or unnecessary because: a. The fee for the services is greater than the fee for reasonable expenses; or b. The services provided for the treatment of bodily injury are not necessary medical services.
