Common use of Unrecoverable loss Clause in Contracts

Unrecoverable loss. Except for the Client’s liability to pay the Fees, neither party is liable to the other under or in connection with the Agreement for any loss of profit, data, savings, business, revenue, and/or goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage of any kind.

Unrecoverable loss. Except for the Client’s liability to pay the Fees, neither a Neither party is liable to the other under or in connection with the Agreement for any any: i loss of profit, datarevenue, savings, business, revenue, data and/or goodwill; or ii consequential, or any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damage or loss or damage of any kind. b To avoid doubt, the Reseller’s liability to a Customer or any other person is a type of loss excluded under clause 13.2a.
