Common use of Unreserved Dates and Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Unreserved Dates and Conflicts. If Manager has not received a confirmed reservation for the Residence on the dates requested by Owner, Manager will accommodate Owner’s request. Manager is not obligated to inform Owner of any changes in availability based on cancellations, no-shows, change in dates, reduced group reservation blocks, or any other similar circumstances but shall provide such information upon request.
