Use of the Residence by Owner and Rental Availability of Residence. Proyecto; (b) ningún tipo de incentivos o declaraciones serán efectuadas directamente o indirectamente al Propietario por o de parte de cualquier operador del Proyecto, sus agentes y empleados, en relación con los impuestos o algún otro beneficio económico o implicaciones que puedan o no realizarse al ser Propietario y/o al arrendar la Residencia como parte del programa xx xxxxxx; (c) el Propietario no está obligado a poner su Residencia en el programa xx xxxxxx o de mantener a el Administrador y Subsidiaria o ningún otro designado del Proyecto para rentar la Residencia a terceros; el Propietario reconoce que podría xxxxx la decisión de no rentar la Residencia; (d) ni el Administrador, la Subsidiaria o cualquiera de sus agentes o empleados (incluyendo cualquier operador del Proyecto), hace o ha hecho ninguna garantía o declarración de las ganancias con respecto a la renta de la Residencia y/o la participación del programa xx xxxxxx; (e) en la medida en que cualquiera de los agentes de venta, el Administrador, la Subsidiaria o representante del Proyecto haya sugerido o compartido información con respecto o que implique cualquier proyección de tarifas, disponibilidad, ganancias o pérdidas en conexión al programa xx xxxxxx, dicha información no constituye una declaración del Administrador o Subsidiaria o cualquier operador del Proyecto o asignado del Administrador, Subsidiaria o Proyecto y no se confiado en ello ni considerado por el Propietario xx xxxxx la decisión de ser participe en este Contrato; (f) las ganancias recibidas por la participación de las residencias al participar en programa de renta será registrado por separado en las cuentas del programa de renta y no será agrupado, cada Propietario de la residencia que pertenezca al programa de renta de la Residencia recibirá el ingreso atribuido xx xxxxx actual de la renta de su propiedad a como está establecido en este Contrato; y, (g) se le ha recomendado al Propietario que consulte con asesores fiscales y legales de su preferencia para consultar de legalidad y las obligaciones fiscales, beneficios y riesgos de participar en el programa de renta.

  • TERMINATION BY LANDLORD If the Resident fails to adhere to the Community Standards and House Rules, or fails to perform and observe any of the terms or conditions of this Residence Agreement, the Landlord, at its option and in its sole discretion, may terminate the Term created by this Residence Agreement upon giving the Resident written notice of the Landlord’s intention to do so, to take effect within no less than forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of a Notice to Vacate from the Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Resident may be immediately evicted from the Premises and Residence for reasons including but not limited to assault of any kind, any offence resulting in a criminal charge, any destruction of property, or if the Resident is deemed a safety concern for the community. The Resident is liable to pay all legal costs incurred by the Landlord in enforcing the provisions of this Residence Agreement including obtaining possession of the Premises.

  • Termination of the Lease In terminating the Lease, the following procedures shall be followed by the Authority and Tenant:

  • Termination of Covenants The covenants set forth in this Section 5, except for Subsections 5.6 through 5.9, shall terminate and be of no further force or effect (i) immediately before the consummation of the IPO, (ii) when the Company first becomes subject to the periodic reporting requirements of Section 12(g) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act or (iii) upon a Deemed Liquidation Event, as such term is defined in the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, whichever event occurs first.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.   • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.
