Unsafe Equipment or Conditions. An employee may refuse to operate any unsafe vehicle or equipment or work in abnormally dangerous conditions; provided, that such employee shall immediately notify his or her supervisor of the nature of the unsafe condition of the vehicle or equipment or the nature of the abnormally dangerous condition.
