Unsatisfactory Final Evaluation. 12.6.2.1 The evaluator shall address any cited areas of Unsatisfactory Performance, including: • Specific recommendations for improvement • Assistance in implementing such recommendations, including feedback • Release time, when appropriate, for the certificated unit member to visit and observe other similar classes 12.6.2.2 Additional suggestions emerging from such a conference may be attached to the Final Evaluation as an Addendum.
