Unsatisfactory Performance During a Term Appointment. A term appointment does not have a probationary period and the appointment may be terminated at any time if the APT member is clearly not performing the job satisfactorily. Seven days' pay in lieu of notice will be given if the incumbent has been in the position for less than fifteen weeks. If the incumbent has been in the position for fifteen weeks or longer, one month's pay in lieu of notice will be given.
