Common use of Unscheduled Field Trips Clause in Contracts

Unscheduled Field Trips. Unscheduled field trips will be defined as: trips that the Transportation Office becomes aware of less than three (3) working days prior to the trip. The supervisor or designee will post these trips. The supervisor or designee will offer the trip per seniority and driver availability (no conflicting trips) per that week’s rotation list. The rotation list will not change until the next scheduled field trip meeting.

The supervisor or designee will post these trips. The supervisor or designee will offer the trip to all drivers per seniority and driver availability availability/eligibility (no conflicting or refusal of trips) per that week’s rotation list. The rotation list will not change until the next scheduled field tripmeeting. If the Association asks for a copy of a trip meetingrequest, the Transportation office shall provide it.
