  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability.   • Extra Trips All extra trips will be assigned on a rotation basis, according to a seniority list. Each driver may volunteer his/her time for one unposted extra trip per year. Exceptions may be made under unusual circumstances. All other extra trips will be posted and assigned on a rotation basis, according to seniority.
