Unsuccessful Candidate May Grieve. Where a selection decision is grieved, the appointment shall be considered temporary until the grievance is resolved and the appointee thereby either confirmed in the position vacancy, or replaced in the position vacancy by the grievor, or the grievance is otherwise resolved by the Parties.
