Common use of Unused Allowance Amounts Clause in Contracts

Unused Allowance Amounts. Any unused portion of the Allowance upon completion of the Tenant Improvements will not be refunded to Tenant or monies to which Tenant is entitled, except, however, Tenant may use any such unused portion of the Allowance to pay for the costs and expenses of purchasing and installing furniture, fixtures and equipment in the Leased Premises, such as information technology conduit, cabling and equipment.
