Common use of Unused Days Clause in Contracts

Unused Days. a) No accumulation of unused sick days. b) If no sick days are used after working a full calendar year, then the employee will receive: a. (2008) three(3) day’s pay; b. (2009 - 2011) four (4) day’s pay.
