Updated Construction Schedule. A recovery or updated Construction Schedule must be submitted.
Updated Construction Schedule. Following development and submittal of the Construction Schedule as aforesaid, the Construction Manager shall, at the end of each calendar month occurring thereafter during the period of time required to finally complete the Work, or at such earlier intervals as circumstances may require, update the Construction Schedule. The updated Construction Schedule will show the actual progress of the Work performed compared to the original baseline schedule, approved as set forth in Section 2.1.3.2, and all updates thereto as reflected in the updated Construction Schedule last submitted prior to submittal of each such monthly update. Each such update to the Construction Schedule shall be submitted to the City’s Representative. Failure of the Construction Manager to update and submit the Construction Schedule as aforesaid shall be sufficient grounds for the City to find the Construction Manager in substantial default, and certify that sufficient cause exists to terminate the Agreement or to withhold payment to the Construction Manager, until a schedule or schedule update acceptable to the City’s Representative is submitted.
