Updated Schedules and Exhibits. Each Party shall, immediately prior to Closing, supplement the Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement with additional information that, if existing or known to it on the date of this Agreement, would have been required to be included in one or more Schedules or Exhibits to this Agreement. For purposes of determining the satisfaction of any of the conditions to the obligations of the Parties and the liability of the Parties following Closing for breaches of its representations, warranties, and covenants under this Agreement, the Schedules to this Agreement shall be deemed to include only (a) the information contained therein on the date of this Agreement, and (b) information added to such Schedules and Exhibits by written supplements to this Agreement delivered prior to December 31, 2007 by the Party making such amendment that (i) are accepted in writing by the other Party or (ii) reflect actions permitted by this Agreement to be taken prior to December 31, 2007.
Updated Schedules and Exhibits. The Agents shall have received from the Borrowers the updated schedules and exhibits as set forth in and required under Section 2 hereof.

Updated Schedules and Exhibits. Each of the Schedules and Exhibits appended to this Amendment shall replace and supersede the corresponding Schedule or Exhibit appended to the Loan Agreement.
Updated Schedules and Exhibits. The parties acknowledge that the Schedules and Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incomplete as of the date hereof. The parties shall update and complete all Schedules and Exhibits required by this Agreement and shall deliver to the other parties such updated and completed Schedules and Exhibits within 30 days of the execution of this Agreement.
