Common use of Updated Schedules Clause in Contracts

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with or prior to the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Sections 5.1(a) and 5.1(b) above, (i) an updated copy of Schedule 3.12 if the Credit Parties or any of their Subsidiaries has formed or acquired a new Subsidiary since the Closing Date or since such Schedule was last updated, as applicable and (ii) an updated copy of Schedule 3.21 if the Credit Parties or any of their Subsidiaries has materially altered or acquired any insurance policies since the Closing Date or since Schedule 3.21 was last updated.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with or prior to the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Sections 5.1(a) and 5.1(b) above, (i) an updated copy of Schedule 3.3 and Schedule 3.12 if the Credit Parties Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries has have formed or acquired a new Subsidiary since the Closing Restatement Date or since such Schedule was last updated, as applicable and (ii) an updated copy of Schedule 3.21 if the Credit Parties or any of their Subsidiaries has materially altered or acquired any insurance policies since the Closing Date or since Schedule 3.21 was last updatedapplicable.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with or prior to the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Sections 5.1(a) and 5.1(b) above, (i) an updated copy of Schedule 3.3 and Schedule 3.12 if the Credit Parties Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries has have formed or acquired a new Subsidiary since the Closing Date or since such Schedule was last updated, as applicable and (ii) an updated copy of Schedule 3.21 if the Credit Parties or any of their Subsidiaries has materially altered or acquired any insurance policies since the Closing Date or since Schedule 3.21 was last updatedapplicable.

Concurrently with or prior to the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Sections 5.1(a) and 5.1(b) above, (i) an updated copy of Schedule 3.12 and Schedule 3.24 to the extent required to be updated to make the representation in Sections 3.12 and 3.24 true and correct and (ii) an updated copy of Schedule 3.29 if the Credit Parties or any of their Subsidiaries new Material Contract has formed or acquired a new Subsidiary been entered into since the Closing Date or since such Schedule was last updated, as applicable and (ii) an updated applicable, together with a copy of Schedule 3.21 if the Credit Parties or any of their Subsidiaries has materially altered or acquired any insurance policies since the Closing Date or since Schedule 3.21 was last updatedeach new Material Contract.

Updated Schedules. Concurrently with or prior to the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Sections 5.1(a7.1(a) and 5.1(b) above7.1(b), (i) an updated copy of Schedule 3.12 5.4 if the Credit Parties Company or any of their its Subsidiaries has formed or acquired a new Subsidiary since the 2010 Notes Closing Date or since such Schedule was last updated, as applicable and (ii) an updated copy of Schedule 3.21 if the Credit Parties or any of their Subsidiaries has materially altered or acquired any insurance policies since the Closing Date or since Schedule 3.21 was last updated.;
