Updates and Changes. The Processor reserves the right to modify or update this Processing Agreement. If we make changes that alter the rights and obligations under the Processing Agreement, you will be notified in a timely manner via an e- mail that we will send to you. If you do not agree to the modifications, please stop using the Service. By using the Service after the new version of the Processing Agreement becomes effective, you agree to be bound by its terms. Updates and Changes. Xxxxxx'x Loving Hands may update and modify this Agreement at its discretion. We will notify clients of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Client shall implement, and ensure the implementation of, any updates to the Development Tools provided by iProov within three (3) months of the provision thereof, or such other timeframe as may be agreed with iProov, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify all End Users (or to procure the notification of all End Users by Third Party Customers, where applicable) of such updates and request that such End Users update their version of the Combined Service and/or mobile applications using the Combined Service. Client acknowledges that iProov may modify or deprecate the iProov Products (including the features and functionality thereof) or cease to support specific versions of operating systems or other third party technology at any time and at iProov’s sole discretion, provided that such changes do not materially decrease the overall functionality of the iProov Products as integrated with the Combined Service. iProov will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Client with the Deprecation Window applicable to the relevant Service Package purchased by Client.
Updates and Changes. 5.1 The Service Provider undertakes to inform ULS immediately if there is any material change in any information submitted to ULS whether in its Application Form or given in subsequent updates or in any other form.
5.2 The Service Provider undertakes to inform ULS as soon as reasonably possible if a principal of the Service Provider is or becomes a Politically Exposed Person or a Public Official.
5.3 The Service Provider agrees to notify ULS immediately, providing full details, if it becomes aware of any failure or alleged failure on its part to comply with any regulatory requirements and to take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of any such failure.
5.4 ULS will make available either via the System or otherwise, an approved process for the communication of updates to the Service Provider’s information or status.
5.5 If there is any breach of the obligations to inform ULS of material changes to the Service Provider’s information or status, this may result in the immediate removal of the Service Provider from the General Panel in accordance with clause 12.2.
Updates and Changes. 6.1 Park Assist may provide non-customized updates to the Subscription Software from time to time during the Term.
6.2 Park Assist reserves the right to: (a) change the name of any Perpetual Software or Subscription Software; (b) change the functionality of any Perpetual Software or Subscription Software; and (c) cease providing a Subscription Software (and require the Customer to use an alternative available Subscription Software), in each case with at least 30 days prior notice to the Customer (Change). Park Assist will only be permitted to implement a Change if the Change will not result in a Customer ceasing being able to use the Perpetual Software and the Subscription Software to achieve the same Purpose prior to the Change.
Updates and Changes. Cepheo may, at its sole discretion and at any time, choose to upgrade the Software, including updates, new releases, maintenance, development services and other changes. These changes may require scheduled downtime and may occur without notice. Cepheo will endeavour to notify Licensee in advance. Access to upgrades, updates, versions, releases, maintenance, development services, and changes may be subject to the conclusion of a separate agreement.

These changes may impact product pricing, functionality, system requirements, or integration capabilities. The MSP will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of significant updates or changes that could affect their use of the product.

Contractor may not update or change its Business Continuity Plan in a manner that materially degrades the protections provided for the Project without prior written notice to Client. Contractor shall provide to Client all updates to the Business Continuity Plan, if any, for incorporation in this Agreement by amendment, on, at least, a quarterly basis.

Updates and Changes. From time to time, the Applications may automatically download and install, or may prompt you to download and install, updates from LiberPays. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Applications and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and/or completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit LiberPays to deliver these to you) as part of your continued use of the Applications. While you may refuse to download and install updates, doing so may cause your access to the Applications and/or the Services to be disabled. We are constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for our users. You acknowledge and agree that the form, features and/or nature of the Applications and the Services which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you. We may also cease or discontinue providing the Applications or the Services, or support or upgrades for the Applications, at any time. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the then-current version of the Agreement as well as any additional terms and conditions that LiberPays may post on the Site/app or make available through the Services. LiberPays may also modify or eliminate services, modules or features of the Applications or Services; your sole and exclusive remedy, and LiberPays’s sole liability, in connection with any such change, modification or elimination is to terminate your account with us. LiberPays reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or update any part of the Agreement by posting the amended or updated Agreement on the Site/app or making it available through the Applications. While we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to the Agreement, it is your responsibility to check the Agreement periodically for changes, and you should check the “Last Updated” dates at the top of this End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy to familiarize yourself with the latest version of the Agreement. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting or distribution of any changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
