Common use of Updates to and Changes of Allocation Methodology Clause in Contracts

The components of the allocation methodology referenced in Section 2.2 of the Agreement (including any references to the CAM in such provision) shall be updated at least annually. LUCo shall update these components more frequently if there is a change in the affiliates that receive services under this Agreement or, in its discretion, there has been a change in circumstances that warrants an update.
