Common use of Updating of Information Clause in Contracts

Updating of Information. Between the date of this Agreement and the ----------------------- Closing Date, Seller will deliver to Buyer, on a monthly basis within 30 days of the end of each month, information relating to the operation of the Stations, including weekly sales reports and such other financial information that may be reasonably requested.
