Updating of Information. The Company shall have promptly delivered to the Purchaser any information concerning events subsequent to the date of this Agreement which is necessary to supplement the information contained in or made a part of the representations and warranties contained herein, including the schedules provided in connection with this Agreement, or delivered by the Company pursuant to any of the covenants contained herein, in order that the information contained herein or so delivered be complete and accurate in all material respects as of the Closing Date and any Subsequent Closing Date.
