UPE REPRESENTATION. a. A written list of employees designated by UPE as UPE stewards, broken down by work area and department, shall be furnished to the Court immediately after their designation, and UPE shall notify the Court promptly of any changes of such stewards. UPE stewards shall not be recognized by the Court until such lists or changes thereto are received.
