Upgrading Subscription Levels. Customer may upgrade the Subscription Level of existing Subscriptions through execution of a new Order Form, provided that where Customer upgrades the Subscription Level of an existing Subscription, all other Subscriptions for the same Cloud Service in the same Account, if any, will automatically be upgraded to the same Subscription Level. Fees applicable to upgraded Subscription Levels will be invoiced in accordance with Section 3 of the Agreement.
