Upon resumption of duties. the School Division shall endeavor to return the teacher to the same position, which they enjoyed before the leave was taken, or a mutually agreeable alternative. Where a teacher is not being returned to the same position and a mutually agreeable alternative is not possible, the teacher shall be returned to a position no less favourable than the one which they enjoyed before the leave was taken.
