Upon the Expiration Date. The Court shall be released from compensating Contractor for Services, other than those Contractor satisfactorily performed before the Expiration Date, and for any indirect costs. Without prejudice to the Court, Contractor shall be released from performing Services. At Court’s request, Contractor will provide a six (6) month Termination Assistance Period, unless extended by the Parties.
