Pay Upon Transfer The employee’s salary in the new position will be their former salary or that of the next available step in the pay progression schedule for the new title which provides for an increase in salary if no equal pay progression step exists. If the employee’s salary in the former position is greater than the maximum salary applicable to the new title, the employee’s salary will be red circled until the maximum salary for the new title meets the employees’ red circled rate. Such employees shall, however, be eligible for fifty percent (50%) of the negotiated general increase occurring during the term of the Agreement. Lateral transfers shall not affect anniversary dates of employment for pay progression purposes.
Selection of Representatives a) Each central party and the Crown shall select its own representatives to the Committee.
Instructions for Certification – First Tier Participants a. By signing and submitting this proposal, the prospective first tier participant is providing the certification set out below.
Designation of Representatives 9.2.1 TxDOT and DB Contractor shall each designate Authorized Representative(s) who shall be authorized to make decisions and bind the Parties on matters relating to the Contract Documents. Exhibit 19 hereto provides the initial Authorized Representative designations. Such designations may be changed by a subsequent writing delivered to the other Party in accordance with Section 9.1.
Effect of Transfer Within Escrow After the transfer of escrow securities within escrow, the escrow securities will remain in escrow and released from escrow under this Agreement as if no transfer has occurred on the same terms that applied before the transfer. The Escrow Agent will not deliver any share certificates or other evidence of the escrow securities to transferees under this Part 5.
