Administrative Transfer definition

Administrative Transfer a transfer of a Teacher from one assignment to another within the jurisdiction of The Peel District School Board initiated by the Board.

  • Upon determining to initiate and implement an Administrative Transfer, the Chief Probation Officer or the Chief Probation Officer's designee shall provide advance notice to the affected employee prior to officially announcing such a transfer.
