Administrative Transfer a transfer of a Teacher from one assignment to another within the jurisdiction of The Peel District School Board initiated by the Board.

• Upon determining to initiate and implement an Administrative Transfer, the Chief Probation Officer or the Chief Probation Officer's designee shall provide advance notice to the affected employee prior to officially announcing such a transfer.

• If the administrator determines that the actions of the teacher or other conditions result in the teacher being incompatible with the administrator or colleagues at the school, the administrator will notify the teacher of the specific reason(s) in writing why the administrator believes that the teacher should be considered for Administrative Transfer.
