Common use of UPPER LIMITS Clause in Contracts

UPPER LIMITS. Within the total AGREEMENT amount, there are separate upper limits for labor (which includes overhead, QC/QA, Phase III if applicable, and fixed fee) and direct costs that cannot be exceeded.
