Upscaling and downscaling of piecework xxxxxxx. The employer or his/her representative may, when deemed necessary or appropriate, increase or reduce the number of other employees working on the piecework. The union representative/employee representative cannot independently hire or dismiss but has a right of appeal if he/she considers that there are too many or too few employees on the piecework. If agreement is not reached, the issue may be dealt with at a conciliation meeting held no later than 5 working days after receipt of a conciliation request.
