URBAN RUNOFF. At a minimum, the following specific Best Management Practices which address the potential pollution impacts of urban runoff shall apply to all projects undergoing construction in City. The Best Management Practices listed below (in addition to those listed in the Technical Specifications) are required by City, and shall apply at the time of demolition of an existing structure or commencement of construction until receipt of a certificate of occupancy or certificate of completion:
