Urban Trauma. The Contractor shall agree that payment for Urban Trauma Center amount is contingent upon the Commonwealth's receipt of the necessary state matching funds from the Urban Trauma Provider to support such payment and shall so do in a manner necessary to meet all federal requirements governing such transactions.
